1. Our Commitment to Accessibility


Unglaz is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible online experience for all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities, as well as users of assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and alternative input devices.


We aim, where reasonably possible, to design and maintain our Website (www.unglaz.com) in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), to enhance usability and accessibility. Where WCAG 2.2 criteria are not yet fully implemented, we maintain compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a baseline.

Focus management and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.


Touch target sizes designed to meet minimum accessibility guidelines for mobile users.


Skip navigation links to allow users to bypass repetitive content.


3. Ongoing Accessibility Efforts


Accessibility is an ongoing process. Unglaz regularly reviews its Website and practices to identify opportunities for improvement, which may include:


Periodic accessibility reviews or assessments.


Consideration of user feedback related to accessibility.


Ongoing awareness and training efforts related to accessible design and content.


Testing with assistive technologies as part of Website updates and development cycles.


3.1 Last Accessibility Review


The most recent accessibility review of the Website was conducted in February 2026. Unglaz conducts accessibility reviews periodically, and the next review is anticipated within twelve (12) months of the last review.

While we strive to ensure that all areas of the Website are accessible, certain limitations may exist due to the complexity of content, third-party integrations, or evolving accessibility standards. Currently known limitations include:


Certain product images may have limited alternative text descriptions. We are actively working to complete comprehensive alternative text coverage across the full product catalog, with the objective of completing this effort by Q4 2026.


Some interactive elements or dynamic content loaded by third-party services may not be fully compatible with all assistive technologies. See Section 5 for details.


PDF documents or downloadable content may not be fully accessible. Where possible, equivalent information is provided in accessible HTML format.


If you encounter a specific limitation not listed above, please contact us as described in Section 8 of this Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.


5. Third-Party Content

Response Commitment: We will acknowledge receipt of accessibility feedback within five (5) business days. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the reported issue and provide a resolution, workaround, or status update within thirty (30) business days of receipt.


9. Accessibility Conformance


Unglaz endeavors to conform to applicable accessibility laws and standards, including:


9.1 United States


The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, as interpreted by federal courts to apply to websites and digital services that serve as a place of public accommodation.


Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, where applicable to digital content and communications.


9.2 European Union


The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), which establishes accessibility requirements for products and services, including e-commerce websites, offered to consumers in the European Union. The EAA requirements became fully applicable on June 28, 2025, and Unglaz has implemented measures to comply with the accessibility obligations under this Directive.


9.3 United Kingdom


The Equality Act 2010, which requires service providers, including those operating online, to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled persons are not placed at a substantial disadvantage in accessing services.


9.4 Australia


The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), which applies to the provision of goods and services, including through websites, and requires that persons with disabilities are not discriminated against in accessing such services.


9.5 Canada


The Accessible Canada Act (ACA), which establishes accessibility requirements for federally regulated entities and promotes a barrier-free Canada.


The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), which establishes accessibility standards for organizations providing goods or services in Ontario, including requirements for websites and web content conforming to WCAG 2.0 Level AA or higher.


Other applicable provincial accessibility legislation.


9.6 United Arab Emirates


UAE Federal Law No. 29 of 2006 concerning the Rights of People of Determination (People with Disabilities), and related accessibility standards and initiatives, including Dubai's accessibility standards where applicable.


9.7 Technical Standard


The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the primary technical standard for Website accessibility across all jurisdictions.


9.8 Conformance Reporting

10. No Absolute Guarantee


While Unglaz is committed to improving accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all content or features of the Website will be accessible to every user at all times, particularly as technologies, standards, and user needs evolve.


This Policy reflects our current accessibility practices and commitments. Nothing in this Policy limits, reduces, or overrides any legal obligations imposed on Unglaz under applicable accessibility or anti-discrimination laws. Where applicable law requires a higher standard than the commitments described in this Policy, the legal requirement shall prevail.
