4.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:

  3. Refusal of the package—
    The package will be returned to Unglaz. Re-shipping fees may apply.

7.1 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  2. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

7.2 Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@unglaz.com;
  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.

For security reasons, certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.

8.2 Marked as Delivered
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management;
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance;

Due to restrictions in certain countries, we cannot ship to:

  2. Military APO/FPO addresses in certain regions;
