At Unglaz, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and with transparency. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including applicable timelines, responsibilities, and limitations.
Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics and fulfillment network to ensure reliable international delivery.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through the Unglaz Website (www.unglaz.com). In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. Shipping Methods and Carriers
1.1 Available Shipping Options
Shipping options available at checkout may include:
Complimentary Shipping: standard delivery, free of charge for qualifying orders.
Priority Shipping: faster standard delivery for a moderate additional fee.
Express Delivery: expedited delivery for an additional fee.
Private Courier: premium expedited delivery requiring signature upon receipt.
Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination, product availability, and carrier service.
1.2 Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable third-party carriers, which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services, depending on destination and shipping method.
Unglaz reserves the right to select the carrier based on destination, product value, and operational considerations. The specific carrier used for your order will be identified in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Shipping Destinations
2.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to all states within the United States.
2.2 International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries worldwide. Availability of international shipping depends on destination-specific regulations, logistics, and carrier coverage.
If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
2.3 Restricted Destinations
We may be unable to ship to certain locations, including but not limited to P.O. Boxes for express shipping, certain APO/FPO military addresses, Israel (the Website does not currently accept orders from or ship to Israel as a commercial decision), and countries or regions subject to trade sanctions, including those administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or carrier restrictions.
If an order is placed for delivery to a restricted destination that cannot be fulfilled, Unglaz will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes
3.1 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and order characteristics.
Unglaz offers Complimentary Shipping as a standard shipping option for qualifying orders, as disclosed at checkout. From time to time, Unglaz may also offer additional free shipping promotions on Priority, Express, or Private Courier services. All free shipping options apply to outbound delivery only. In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective Product, as set forth in Section 6.5 of our Terms and Conditions.
3.2 International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges may be imposed by local authorities depending on the destination and applicable regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Such charges are determined solely by local authorities, are outside of Unglaz's control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs authorities may require payment of duties or taxes prior to or upon delivery. Failure to pay such charges may result in the shipment being held, delayed, or returned to the sender by customs authorities.
Unglaz is not responsible for customs assessments, clearance decisions, or delays caused by customs authorities or regulatory agencies.
3.3 Refused Shipments Due to Unpaid Duties
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned by customs authorities due to unpaid duties, taxes, or other charges, the following applies:
The recipient is responsible for any return shipping costs, handling fees, or carrier charges incurred as a result of the refusal or return.
Upon receipt of the returned shipment, Unglaz will process a refund for the Product price, less any applicable return shipping costs, handling fees, and carrier charges, in accordance with Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
Unglaz is not responsible for Products lost, damaged, or confiscated by customs authorities during the return process.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may occasionally be extended by an additional business day during high-volume periods, holidays, fulfillment partner delays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local processing time) or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.
4.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and may include:
Complimentary Shipping: approximately 3-12 business days.
Priority Shipping: approximately 3-10 business days.
Express Delivery: approximately 2-8 business days.
Private Courier: approximately 2-7 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4.3 Delivery Timeframe Obligations
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 18 and UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Regulation 42, if no specific delivery date has been agreed, Products must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date the contract is concluded.
If Unglaz is unable to deliver within the agreed or default timeframe, you may specify an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If delivery is still not made within that additional period, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, delivery timeframes will comply with the requirements of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, including the obligation to deliver Products within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
For customers located in Australia, Products will be delivered within a reasonable time in accordance with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law regarding delivery timelines.
4.4 Pre-Order Shipping
Products offered on a pre-order basis are subject to extended fulfillment timelines as disclosed at checkout. If no specific timeline is provided, pre-orders will be fulfilled within ninety (90) days of the order date, in accordance with Section 3.11 of our Terms and Conditions.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-order Products will be communicated at the time of purchase and updated as necessary. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled within the disclosed or default timeline, you will be notified and offered the options set forth in Section 3.11 of our Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Holiday and Peak Period Delays
During holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, order processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased demand or carrier limitations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate anticipated delays where possible.
4.6 Partial Deliveries
In certain cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages or deliveries due to product availability, fulfillment logistics, or carrier requirements.
If your order is delivered partially, Unglaz will notify you of the expected delivery of the remaining items. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for partial deliveries caused by Unglaz.
If you have not received all items in your order within a reasonable period following the last estimated delivery date, please contact support@unglaz.com.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to refuse a partial delivery and request either complete delivery or a full refund for the undelivered portion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. For customers located in the United Arab Emirates and Australia, similar rights may apply under applicable local consumer protection law.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Unglaz is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates provided by third-party carriers.
If tracking information has not updated within three (3) business days of shipment, please contact support@unglaz.com with your order number and tracking details.
6. Shipping Insurance and Transit Protection
6.1 Insurance Coverage
All orders shipped by Unglaz are insured during transit against loss, theft, and damage from the point of shipment until delivery confirmation.
The cost of shipping insurance is included in the shipping fee or absorbed by Unglaz and is not charged separately to the customer.
6.2 Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments During Transit
If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit (prior to delivery confirmation), Unglaz will initiate a claim with the carrier and, upon verification, offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method at its discretion, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Store credit may be offered only with the express agreement of the customer.
For damaged shipments, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, or such longer period as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, and provide clear photographic documentation of the product and packaging, as set forth in Section 7.5 of this Policy.
6.3 Limitation
Shipping insurance covers loss, theft, and damage occurring during transit only. Once delivery has been confirmed (as defined in Section 8 of this Policy), risk of loss transfers to the recipient, and shipping insurance no longer applies.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights under the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or EU consumer protection legislation.
7. Incorrect Addresses, Failed Deliveries, and Damaged Shipments
7.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be subject to additional shipping or handling fees. Re-shipping is not guaranteed.
If you need to correct shipping details after placing an order, contact support@unglaz.com immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
7.2 Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to redirect a shipment after it has been dispatched, contact support@unglaz.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the carrier, but carrier fees for address changes or package intercepts are your responsibility. Unglaz is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from post-shipment address change requests.
7.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal of delivery, the shipment may be returned to the carrier or fulfillment facility.
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment or return processing.
7.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact support@unglaz.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will assist in initiating an inquiry with the carrier where applicable. Resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies, and to the shipping insurance coverage described in Section 6.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, if delivery is not made within the agreed or default timeframe (thirty (30) days), your rights under Section 4.3 of this Policy apply, including the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
7.5 Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, or such longer period as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, and provide clear photographic documentation of the product and packaging.
Once verified, Unglaz will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Store credit may be offered only with the express agreement of the customer.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are not affected by this Section.
8. Delivery Confirmation, Signature Requirements, and Risk of Loss
8.1 Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when the carrier records successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, or when a signature is obtained where signature confirmation is required.
8.2 Signature Requirements
Orders with a declared value above USD $500 (or the equivalent value in the applicable order currency), orders shipped via Express Delivery, and all orders shipped via Private Courier require a signature upon delivery. Where signature confirmation is required, this will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
If a signature-required delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, the carrier will follow its standard redelivery or hold procedures. Unglaz is not responsible for delays resulting from unsuccessful signature delivery attempts.
8.3 Risk of Loss
For orders shipped within the United States, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided.
For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the Products by the customer or the customer's designated recipient, in accordance with EU Consumer Sales Directive (2019/771/EU) and applicable national implementing legislation.
For orders shipped to destinations within the United Kingdom, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the Products by the customer or the customer's designated recipient, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 29.
For orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the customer upon physical receipt or delivery confirmation, subject to the protections of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
For orders shipped to Australia, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the customer upon physical receipt, subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are damaged in transit, the consumer guarantee as to acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law may apply regardless of when risk passes.
For all other international orders, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
8.4 Unlocatable Deliveries
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, you should first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members, and contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
If the issue is not resolved through the carrier, contact support@unglaz.com. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier, subject to the carrier's policies and investigation process.
9. Delivery to Third Parties and Gift Orders
9.1 Delivery to a Third-Party Recipient
You may designate a third-party recipient (such as a gift recipient) as the delivery address for your order. By doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the recipient's shipping information, and you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping details provided.
9.2 Risk of Loss for Gift Orders
Risk of loss for orders delivered to a third-party recipient follows the same rules as set forth in Section 8.3 of this Policy. Once delivery has been confirmed to the designated shipping address, risk of loss transfers to the customer who placed the order.
9.3 Claims and Returns for Gift Orders
Claims for damaged, defective, or lost shipments relating to gift orders may be initiated by either the original purchaser or the gift recipient, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied. Return and refund requests are processed in accordance with Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
10. Regional Consumer Rights
10.1 European Union Consumer Rights
10.1.1 Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at returns@unglaz.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions and conditions set forth in Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions, including non-returnable items.
10.1.2 Return Shipping for EU Withdrawals
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Product unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. This return shipping cost obligation is disclosed to you prior to completing your purchase, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 14(1).
10.1.3 Refund Timeline for EU Withdrawals
Upon receipt and verification of the returned Product, Unglaz will process a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
10.1.4 Delivery Timeframe Rights
If delivery is not made within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, you may specify an additional reasonable period and, if delivery is still not made, cancel the order and receive a full refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 18.
10.1.5 Additional EU Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including rights relating to non-conforming goods under the Consumer Sales Directive (2019/771/EU), delivery timelines, and risk of loss during transit.
10.2 United Kingdom Consumer Rights
10.2.1 Right of Cancellation
For customers located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us at returns@unglaz.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The right of cancellation is subject to the exceptions and conditions set forth in Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions, including non-returnable items.
10.2.2 Return Shipping for UK Cancellations
If you exercise your right of cancellation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Product unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. This return shipping cost obligation is disclosed to you prior to completing your purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10.2.3 Refund Timeline for UK Cancellations
Upon receipt and verification of the returned Product, Unglaz will process a refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law.
10.2.4 Delivery Timeframe Rights
If delivery is not made within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, you may specify an additional reasonable period and, if delivery is still not made, cancel the order and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Regulation 42.
10.2.5 Additional UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including statutory rights regarding goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, or rights relating to delivery timelines and risk of loss.
10.3 United Arab Emirates Consumer Rights
10.3.1 Consumer Protection
For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, your rights are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
These protections include the right to receive accurate information about delivery timelines and shipping conditions, the right to receive Products that conform to the description and quality represented at the time of purchase, and the right to remedies where Products are not delivered within the communicated timeframe.
10.3.2 Delivery Timeframe Rights
If delivery is not made within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, you may contact Unglaz to request an updated delivery estimate or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
10.3.3 Additional UAE Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under UAE consumer protection law.
10.4 Australian Consumer Rights
10.4.1 Consumer Guarantees
For customers located in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
10.4.2 Delivery Within Reasonable Time
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if no delivery date has been specified, Products must be delivered within a reasonable time. If delivery is not made within a reasonable time, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
10.4.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments
Where goods are damaged in transit to an Australian customer, the consumer guarantee as to acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law may apply. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
10.4.4 Additional Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Any provision of this Policy that is inconsistent with those guarantees is void to the extent of the inconsistency.
10.5 Canadian Consumer Rights
For customers located in Canada, your rights are protected under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), the Sale of Goods Act (Ontario), and equivalent provincial statutes.
These protections may include the right to delivery within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, the right to cancel and receive a refund if delivery is not made within a reasonable time, and the right to receive goods that conform to their description and are of merchantable quality.
For customers located in Quebec, this Policy is subject to mandatory provisions of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, and any provision inconsistent with such legislation shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
10.6 Other Jurisdictions
For customers located in any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws relating to shipping, delivery, or risk of loss, nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any non-waivable consumer rights provided under such laws. Where applicable local law provides greater protection than the terms set forth in this Policy, the local law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
11. Force Majeure
Unglaz shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or other Force Majeure events as defined in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions.
Where a Force Majeure event materially affects shipping or delivery of your order, Unglaz will notify you where reasonably possible and offer the options set forth in Section 12.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Force Majeure does not override your statutory rights regarding delivery timelines. If delivery is not made within the timeframes described in Sections 10.1.4 or 10.2.4, your rights to cancel and receive a refund remain available regardless of Force Majeure.
12. Order Modifications
12.1 Modifications Before Shipment
Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications are not guaranteed. Requests submitted prior to shipment may be accommodated at our discretion. To request a modification, please contact support@unglaz.com as soon as possible.
12.2 Modifications After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, modifications including address changes are subject to carrier availability and policies. Carrier fees for package intercepts, redirects, or address changes are your responsibility. Unglaz does not guarantee that post-shipment modifications can be accommodated.
