This Ordering and Payments Policy provides practical information about placing orders, making payments, and using promotional codes on the Unglaz Website (www.unglaz.com).
For complete legal terms governing orders, payments, pricing, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and disputes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions, available on the Website. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. Placing an Order
1.1 How to Order
To place an order on the Website:
Browse and select your desired Products.
Add Products to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Review your order summary, including Products, pricing, taxes, and shipping costs.
Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Confirm payment.
Items added to your cart are not reserved until payment is successfully completed. Product availability may change between the time an item is added to the cart and the time payment is processed.
The Website does not accept orders from users located in Israel and does not ship to destinations subject to United States sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
1.2 Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Your order is accepted only when payment has been successfully processed and a shipping confirmation has been issued, as set forth in Section 3.2 of our Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Order Cancellations and Modifications
You may request cancellation or modification of an order prior to shipment by contacting support@unglaz.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
For pre-orders, you may cancel at any time prior to shipment and receive a full refund, in accordance with Section 3.11 of our Terms and Conditions.
For cancellations after shipment, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product without giving any reason, as described in detail in our Returns and Exchanges Policy (Sections 2.2 and 2.3) and in Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Order Limits
Unglaz reserves the right to impose reasonable limits on order quantities or purchase frequency. Orders exceeding such limits may be canceled, as set forth in Section 3.14 of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1 Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Debit cards.
Digital wallets and alternative payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary by region and are subject to change. The payment options displayed at checkout reflect the methods currently available for your order.
2.2 Currency
Prices on the Website may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or in local currencies based on the region or country selected by the User. The applicable currency for your order is the currency shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are your responsibility.
The amount charged to your payment method may differ from the amount displayed at checkout due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of authorization and settlement by your financial institution. The extent of any difference depends on the exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider and the time elapsed between authorization and settlement. Unglaz is not responsible for any differences resulting from currency conversion.
2.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
Unglaz does not store, access, or retain full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processors.
For customers located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, online card payments may be subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements under the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. SCA may require additional verification steps, such as two-factor authentication, during the checkout process. These requirements are implemented by your payment provider and are designed to protect against unauthorized transactions.

2.4 Payment Authorization
When placing an order, you authorize Unglaz to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.
For security purposes, your payment may be subject to verification or pre-authorization by your financial institution. A temporary hold may appear on your account during this process. If authorization cannot be completed, the order will not be processed.
2.5 Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed. You may attempt to place the order again using a different payment method or after resolving the issue with your financial institution.
Unglaz may cancel an order after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts. No charges will be applied for orders that are not successfully completed.
2.6 Payment Processing Disruptions
In the event of a temporary disruption to payment processing services (due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond our control), your order may not be completed. If a charge was applied but the order was not confirmed, Unglaz will investigate and ensure the charge is reversed. Please contact support@unglaz.com if you believe you have been charged for an order that was not confirmed.
3. Pricing and Taxes
3.1 Pricing
Prices on the Website may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or in local currencies based on the User's selected region or country. The currency applicable to your order is the currency displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
For customers in jurisdictions where prices are required by law to include applicable taxes:
In the European Union, prices will include VAT where required by applicable EU law, calculated and shown at checkout.
In the United Kingdom, prices will include UK VAT where required by applicable UK law, calculated and shown at checkout.
In the United Arab Emirates, prices will include UAE VAT (currently 5%) where required by applicable UAE law, calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Fraud Prevention and Verification
4.1 Security Checks
All orders are subject to payment verification and security checks to protect against fraudulent activity. Unglaz reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged for suspected fraud.
4.2 Verification Requests
We may request additional verification before processing an order, including confirmation of billing or shipping details, or payment authorization documentation.
In rare cases, additional identity verification may be requested. Any personal information collected for verification purposes is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only for as long as necessary to complete the verification.
Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation and a full refund.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes
5.1 Applying Promo Codes
Promotional or discount codes must be applied at checkout to be valid. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
5.2 Promo Code Restrictions
Promotions may be subject to the following restrictions:
Minimum purchase requirements.

5.3 One-Time Use
Unless otherwise stated, promotional or discount codes are valid for single use per customer. Attempts to use a code more than once, or to use multiple codes on a single order (unless expressly permitted), may result in the code being invalidated.
5.4 Promotional Errors
In the event of an error relating to a promotion, discount, or special offer, Unglaz reserves the right to correct the error and adjust pricing accordingly, as set forth in Section 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
Where a promotional price has been displayed and confirmed at checkout and payment has been successfully processed, Unglaz will honor the confirmed price unless the error was clearly and obviously a technical malfunction (such as a product listed for $0.00 or for a negligible amount bearing no reasonable relationship to the product's value). Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
5.5 No Retroactive Adjustments
We do not offer price matching, retroactive discounts, or refunds for price changes or promotions introduced after an order has been completed, as set forth in Section 4.9 of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment Disputes and Billing Issues
6.1 Billing Errors
If you identify an error in your billing statement or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@unglaz.com with your order number and details of the discrepancy. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
6.2 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, you agree to contact us at support@unglaz.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases, account suspension, or other remedies as set forth in Section 3.13 of our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Regional Consumer Information
7.1 European Union and United Kingdom
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the following additional information applies:
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product without giving any reason, as detailed in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Online card payments may be subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.
Prices will include applicable VAT as required by law.
Refunds for cancellations within the statutory withdrawal/cancellation period will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days, as detailed in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
7.2 United Arab Emirates
For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, your consumer rights are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and related regulations. Prices will include UAE VAT where required by applicable law.
7.3 Australia
For customers located in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Prices will include GST where required by applicable Australian law.
