Two methods, one chart. Choose the approach that suits you, and match your measurement to the table below.

How to Measure
Two approaches. Use whichever is available to you.
Method A
Using an Existing Ring
1
Choose a ring that already fits you comfortably.
2
Use a ruler to measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
3
Match the measurement to the size chart below.
Method B
Using a String or Tape
1
Wrap a non-stretchy string around the finger where the ring will sit.
2
Pull snugly but not tight. Mark where the string overlaps.
3
Measure the length in millimeters. This is your circumference.
4
Compare the circumference to the size chart below.

Before You Measure
Measure two or three times to reduce error.
Measure when your hands are at normal temperature — not cold, and not directly after exercise.
If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. Comfort over precision.

A ring that fits well disappears on the hand. You feel the design, not the metal. That is the standard.
