1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing access to and use of the website located at www.unglaz.com (the "Website").
The Website is operated by UNGLAZ LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and doing business under the brand name "Unglaz" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). The Website is provided for the purpose of browsing, purchasing, and interacting with jewelry and related services offered under the Unglaz brand.
Unglaz is a global lifestyle brand. References on the Website to design inspiration, creative direction, or branding associated with New York relate solely to brand identity and creative vision and do not indicate manufacturing origin, fulfillment location, or operational presence.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between UNGLAZ LLC and any individual or entity accessing or using the Website ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Accessibility Statement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be prohibited from using the Website under any applicable law or regulation.
The Website does not currently accept orders from users located in Israel as a commercial decision. The Website does not ship to destinations subject to United States sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Unglaz may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Unglaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuse of the Website.
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, Unglaz does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of Unglaz's right to enforce such provision at a later time.
Unglaz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, or technical disruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. Defined terms may be used in the singular or plural, as the context requires.
"Account" means a registered user profile created on the Website to place Orders and manage transactions.
"Chargeback" means a reversal of a payment initiated by a bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution.
"Content" means all text, images, graphics, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials displayed on or made available through the Website.
"Dispute" means any claim, disagreement, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Products or Orders.
"Force Majeure" means any event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical failures, that prevents or delays performance.
"Order" means a request submitted by a User to purchase Products through the Website's checkout process.
"Payment Gateway" means a third-party service provider used to process payments for Orders.
"Personal Information" means any information that identifies or may reasonably be used to identify an individual, as defined in the Privacy Policy.
"Products" means jewelry and related items offered for sale or pre-order through the Website.
"Pre-Order" means an Order placed for Products that are not yet available for immediate shipment, subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
"Third-Party Services" means external platforms or providers used in connection with payments, fulfillment, logistics, analytics, or Website functionality.
"Unglaz," "we," "us," or "our" means UNGLAZ LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating under the Unglaz brand.
"User," "you," or "your" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
"Website" means www.unglaz.com and all associated pages, features, and services.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these definitions are provided for clarity and shall not be interpreted to the detriment of either party.
3. Ordering, Payments, and Billing
3.1 Placing an Order
To place an order on the Website, you must complete the applicable checkout process. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including billing and shipping details, and authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3.2 Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and a shipping confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment for reasonable reasons, including product availability issues, payment authorization failure, or pricing errors (subject to Section 4.3 of these Terms).
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods made available through the Website from time to time. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process the payment for your order in accordance with these Terms.
3.4 Payment Authorization and Verification
In certain cases, additional verification may be required before an order can be processed. This may include confirmation of billing or shipping information or authorization by your payment provider.
If verification cannot be completed, the order may be delayed or canceled, and any amounts charged will be refunded.
3.5 Currency
Prices on the Website may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or in local currencies based on the region or country selected by the User. The applicable currency for your Order is the currency shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees, which are your responsibility. Unglaz is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of settlement by your financial institution.
3.6 Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
For international Orders, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or similar charges may apply depending on the destination, shipping method, and applicable regulations.
Where such charges are expressly displayed at checkout or explicitly stated on the Website as included, they are included in the total price paid by the User. In all other cases, such charges are imposed by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the User.
Customs authorities may require payment prior to or upon delivery, and failure to pay such charges may result in delays or return of the shipment.
Unglaz does not control and is not responsible for customs assessments, clearance decisions, or delays caused by customs authorities or regulatory agencies.
3.7 Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications are not guaranteed. Requests submitted prior to shipment may be accommodated at our discretion. To request a modification, please contact support@unglaz.com as soon as possible.
3.8 User Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order prior to shipment by contacting support@unglaz.com. If the order has already shipped, cancellation will be subject to the return procedures set forth in Section 6.
3.9 Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an order prior to shipment for reasonable reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors (subject to the price-honor commitment in Section 4.3). If an order is canceled, any amounts paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3.10 Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to keep such information up to date. If billing information cannot be verified, we may delay or cancel the order.
3.11 Pre-Orders
Certain Products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders require payment at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Estimated fulfillment timelines for pre-order Products will be disclosed at checkout. If no specific timeline is provided, pre-orders will be fulfilled within ninety (90) days of the order date.
If Unglaz is unable to fulfill a pre-order within the disclosed or default timeline, Unglaz will notify you and provide one of the following options:
An updated estimated fulfillment date, which you may accept or decline.
A full refund of all amounts paid for the pre-ordered Product.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to shipment by contacting support@unglaz.com. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a pre-ordered Product is discontinued or cannot be produced, Unglaz will issue a full refund and notify you within a reasonable timeframe.
3.12 Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed. We may cancel the order after unsuccessful payment attempts.
3.13 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, you agree to contact us at support@unglaz.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
3.14 Order Limits
We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on order quantities or purchase frequency. Orders exceeding such limits may be canceled.
3.15 Pricing Accuracy
Pricing accuracy and the treatment of pricing errors are governed by Section 4.3 of these Terms.
4. Pricing Policy
4.1 Pricing Information
Prices on the Website may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or in local currencies based on the User's selected region or country. The currency applicable to your Order is the currency displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or modify Product prices at any time prior to checkout.
4.2 Taxes, Duties, and Fees
Taxes, duties, and import-related charges applicable to Orders are governed by Section 3.6 of these Terms and apply equally to this Pricing Policy.
Unglaz is not responsible for additional charges imposed by local authorities, nor for delays or costs resulting from customs processing.
4.3 Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. Where a price has been displayed and confirmed at checkout and payment has been successfully processed, Unglaz will honor the confirmed price unless the error was clearly and obviously a technical malfunction, such as a Product listed for $0.00 or for a negligible amount bearing no reasonable relationship to the Product's value. For pricing errors identified prior to checkout confirmation, Unglaz may cancel the affected Order and refund any amounts paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.
Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
4.4 Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers. Promotions are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer, may be limited in duration or availability, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4.5 Currency Conversion
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees. Any such fees are your responsibility.
4.6 Bundled or Promotional Offers
Certain Products may be offered as part of bundles or promotional packages. Bundle pricing applies only to the complete package as described, and individual items may not be eligible for separate pricing or discounts. Returns or refunds for bundled Products are subject to Section 6.
4.7 Pre-Order Pricing
For Products offered on a pre-order basis, the price displayed at checkout will apply to your Order. Pre-orders may require payment at the time of purchase and may be subject to extended delivery timelines.
4.8 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, delivery method, and other relevant factors, and are displayed at checkout before your Order is finalized.
4.9 No Price Matching or Post-Purchase Adjustments
We do not offer price matching or refunds for price changes, promotions, or discounts introduced after an Order has been completed.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling
5.1 General Shipping Terms
Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics and fulfillment network to ensure reliable and timely international delivery.
We offer shipping services for Products purchased through the Website. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times vary based on destination, selected service, and Product availability, and are displayed at checkout. Detailed information regarding shipping methods, delivery timeframes, signature requirements, and risk of loss is set forth in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5.2 Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations as made available on the Website. Unglaz does not currently ship to Israel as a commercial decision and does not ship to destinations subject to United States sanctions. We reserve the right to modify available shipping destinations where required by logistical, regulatory, or operational considerations.
5.3 Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.4 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, fulfillment partner delays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.5 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays occurring after an Order has been handed over to the carrier.
5.6 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an Order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information.
5.7 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in Section 6.
5.8 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international Orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by local authorities. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or charges arising from customs clearance processes.
5.9 Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information may be subject to additional shipping fees or handling costs.
5.10 Lost Shipments
If an Order is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier where applicable. Resolution is subject to the carrier's policies and investigation process and to the shipping insurance coverage described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5.11 Damaged Products
If your Order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, or such longer period as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, and provide reasonable documentation of the damage. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Section 6.
5.12 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts by the carrier, the Order may be returned. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment.
5.13 Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders refused at delivery or deemed undeliverable due to User actions may be returned and handled in accordance with Section 6. Applicable shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund.
5.14 Risk of Loss
For Orders shipped within the United States, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the User upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the User.
For Orders shipped to destinations within the European Union or the United Kingdom, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the User upon physical receipt of the Products by the User or the User's designated recipient, in accordance with applicable EU or UK consumer protection law.
For Orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the User upon physical receipt or delivery confirmation, subject to the protections of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
For Orders shipped to Australia, risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the User upon physical receipt, subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are damaged in transit, the consumer guarantee as to acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law may apply regardless of when risk passes.
For all other international Orders, risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
5.15 Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 General Policy
We offer returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with the terms set forth below. This policy applies only to Products purchased directly through the Website and is subject to eligibility requirements. Detailed procedures for initiating returns are set forth in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
6.2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
A return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery, unless a longer mandatory return period applies under applicable consumer protection law.
The Product must be returned in its original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection consistent with consumer rights.
All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included.
The Product must not be designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Unglaz may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, except where refusal is prohibited by applicable law.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:
Custom-made or personalized Products.
Earrings, for hygiene and health safety reasons, provided that this exclusion was clearly disclosed and expressly acknowledged by the User prior to completing the purchase. For Users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this exclusion applies only where the User has expressly consented to the waiver of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent UK legislation.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Products marked as final sale.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Bundled Products, unless all items in the bundle are returned together in their original condition. Individual items from a bundle are not eligible for separate return or exchange.
6.4 Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us at returns@unglaz.com or use our Return Center as set forth in our Returns and Exchanges Policy and obtain return authorization instructions. Returned Products must be shipped in accordance with the provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.
6.5 Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective Product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6.6 Inspection and Refund Approval
All returned Products are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, excluding original shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, where permitted by applicable law and communicated in advance. For Users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, any such deduction will be applied only in accordance with Article 14(2) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Unglaz does not charge restocking fees on standard returns within the return window.
6.7 Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved at our discretion and are subject to Product availability. If an exchange is not available, an eligible refund may be issued instead. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6.8 Order Cancellations by You
Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the Order has been shipped. Once an Order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined in this Section.
6.9 Order Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of Product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control (subject to the price-honor commitment in Section 4.3). In such cases, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued.
6.10 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, or such longer period as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, and provide reasonable documentation. Upon verification, we will provide return instructions and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.11 Refund Timing
Refund processing times are set forth in our Returns and Exchanges Policy and may vary depending on the payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
6.12 Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve return or refund issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future service.
6.13 Store Credit
Store credit will not be issued without your express agreement, unless required by applicable law. For returns of defective or non-conforming Products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to accept store credit.
6.14 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to process returns, refunds, or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or system outages.
6.15 Legal Compliance
Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under applicable laws, including but not limited to the laws of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, or any other jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections. Where such laws apply, this policy shall be interpreted in compliance with such laws.
7. Warranty Policy (365 Days)
7.1 General Warranty Coverage
Unglaz provides a limited 365-day warranty ("Warranty") on all eligible Products purchased directly through the Website. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal and intended use.
This Warranty is subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this section and in our Warranty Policy.
7.2 Scope of the Warranty
This Warranty applies solely to:
Products purchased directly from the Unglaz Website.
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use within the 365-day Warranty period.
The original purchaser of the Product.
7.2.1 No Warranty Extension
Any repair, replacement, or remedy provided under this Warranty does not restart, extend, or renew the original 365-day Warranty period, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other applicable jurisdiction. For Users located in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the extension and burden-of-proof rules set forth in Section 5.2 of the Warranty Policy apply.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, tarnishing, fading, or discoloration.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, moisture, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications of any kind.
Products lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, including during third-party handling or shipping.
Damage resulting from failure to follow care or usage instructions provided by Unglaz.
7.4 Warranty Period
The Warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Warranty claims submitted after the expiration of this period will not be accepted.
7.5 Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, you must:
Contact Unglaz Customer Support at support@unglaz.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide clear photographic or other reasonable evidence of the alleged defect.
Retain proof of purchase.
Unglaz reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to evaluate the claim.
7.6 Warranty Claim Review and Resolution
All Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Unglaz. If a claim is approved:
You may be instructed to return the Product for inspection.
Unglaz will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product, replace it, or issue a refund.
Any refunds issued under this Warranty will be processed in accordance with Section 6 (Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations).
7.7 Repair or Replacement Terms
Any repair or replacement provided under this Warranty:
Will be performed using original or functionally equivalent materials.
Does not extend or renew the original 365-day Warranty period, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law as set forth in Section 7.2.1.
7.8 Costs Associated with Warranty Claims
For approved Warranty claims within the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia, Unglaz will cover return shipping costs in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Warranty Policy.
For Warranty claims from all other international destinations, the User may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
If a Warranty claim is denied, the User is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping.
7.9 Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any unauthorized repair, alteration, resizing, or modification performed by a third party will immediately void this Warranty.
7.10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Unglaz's liability under this Warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product.
Unglaz shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, loss of profits, third-party repair costs, or emotional distress.
7.11 Products Ineligible for Warranty
Products not purchased directly from the Unglaz Website, including those purchased from resellers or third-party platforms, are not eligible for Warranty coverage.
7.12 Care and Maintenance Requirements
To maintain eligibility for Warranty coverage, Users must:
Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by Unglaz.
Avoid exposure to chemicals, water, excessive force, or harsh environments.
Store Products in a clean, dry, and appropriate environment.
Failure to comply with these requirements may affect Warranty eligibility, subject to the burden-of-proof allocations set forth in our Warranty Policy.
7.13 Warranty for Gifted Products
Products received as gifts are eligible for Warranty coverage, provided valid proof of original purchase is supplied. Warranty claims may be initiated by either the gift recipient or the original purchaser.
7.14 Force Majeure
Unglaz shall not be liable for delays or inability to process Warranty claims resulting from Force Majeure events, including events beyond its reasonable control.
7.15 Warranty Interpretation
In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the scope or application of this Warranty, the matter shall be resolved in a commercially reasonable manner, taking into account the nature of the Product, the circumstances of the claim, and the express terms of this Warranty.
Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection legislation in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
8. Product Information and Errors
8.1 Accuracy of Product Information
Unglaz makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and related information displayed on the Website are accurate and current. However, Unglaz does not guarantee that such information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Scope of Dispute Resolution
This Section applies to any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Website, the purchase of Products, or any communication between you and Unglaz.
14.2 Informal Resolution Requirement
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly with Unglaz.

The resolution you are seeking.
Unglaz will respond within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from submission, either party may pursue formal remedies in accordance with this Section.

If a Dispute is not resolved through the informal resolution process described in Section 14.2 within thirty (30) days, the Dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in the State of Delaware, United States, or, at the election of the claimant, by videoconference or telephone.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of this agreement is void or voidable.
For claims where the total amount in dispute is five hundred United States Dollars (USD $500.00) or less, Unglaz will bear all arbitration filing fees and administrative costs. For claims exceeding this threshold, each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines that applicable law requires a different allocation.
The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This arbitration provision does not apply to Users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom where mandatory consumer protection laws provide for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, as set forth in Section 14.4.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
