Unglaz is a global lifestyle brand. References on the Website to design inspiration, creative direction, or branding associated with New York relate solely to brand identity and creative vision and do not indicate manufacturing origin, fulfillment location, or operational presence.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between UNGLAZ LLC and any individual or entity accessing or using the Website (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be prohibited from using the Website under any applicable law or regulation.

Unglaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuse of the Website.

Unglaz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, or technical disruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. Defined terms may be used in the singular or plural, as the context requires.
“Account” means a registered user profile created on the Website to place Orders and manage transactions.
“Chargeback” means a reversal of a payment initiated by a bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution.
“Content” means all text, images, graphics, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials displayed on or made available through the Website.
“Dispute” means any claim, disagreement, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Products or Orders.
“Force Majeure” means any event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical failures, that prevents or delays performance.
“Order” means a request submitted by a User to purchase Products through the Website’s checkout process.
“Payment Gateway” means a third-party service provider used to process payments for Orders.

“Products” means jewelry and related items offered for sale or pre-order through the Website.
“Pre-Order” means an Order placed for Products that are not yet available for immediate shipment, subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering, Payments, and Billing
3.1 Placing an Order
To place an order on the Website, you must complete the applicable checkout process. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including billing and shipping details, and authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3.2 Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and a shipping confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment for reasonable reasons, including product availability issues, payment authorization failure, or pricing errors.

Unglaz does not control and is not responsible for customs assessments, clearance decisions, or delays caused by customs authorities or regulatory agencies.
3.7 Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications are not guaranteed. Requests submitted prior to shipment may be accommodated at our discretion. To request a modification, please contact support@unglaz.com as soon as possible.
3.8 User Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order prior to shipment by contacting support@unglaz.com. If the order has already shipped, cancellation will be subject to the return procedures set forth in Section 6.
3.9 Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an order prior to shipment for reasonable reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors. If an order is canceled, any amounts paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3.10 Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to keep such information up to date. If billing information cannot be verified, we may delay or cancel the order.
3.11 Pre-Orders
Certain Products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders may require payment at the time the order is placed and may be subject to extended delivery timelines. Specific pre-order terms will be disclosed at checkout.
3.12 Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed. We may cancel the order after unsuccessful payment attempts.
3.13 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, you agree to contact us at support@unglaz.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
3.14 Order Limits
We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on order quantities or purchase frequency. Orders exceeding such limits may be canceled.
3.15 Pricing Accuracy
While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amounts paid, or provide you with the option to proceed at the correct price.
4. Pricing Policy
4.1 Pricing Information
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed at checkout represent the price applicable to your Order at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or modify Product prices at any time prior to checkout.
4.2 Taxes, Duties, and Fees
Taxes, duties, and import-related charges applicable to Orders are governed by Section 3.6 of these Terms and apply equally to this Pricing Policy.
Unglaz is not responsible for additional charges imposed by local authorities, nor for delays or costs resulting from customs processing.
4.3 Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified prior to shipment, we may cancel the affected Order and refund any amounts paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.
4.4 Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers. Promotions are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer, may be limited in duration or availability, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4.5 Currency Conversion
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees. Any such fees are your responsibility.
4.6 Bundled or Promotional Offers
Certain Products may be offered as part of bundles or promotional packages. Bundle pricing applies only to the complete package as described, and individual items may not be eligible for separate pricing or discounts. Returns or refunds for bundled Products are subject to Section 6.
4.7 Pre-Order Pricing
For Products offered on a pre-order basis, the price displayed at checkout will apply to your Order. Pre-orders may require payment at the time of purchase and may be subject to extended delivery timelines.
4.8 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, delivery method, and other relevant factors, and are displayed at checkout before your Order is finalized.
4.9 No Price Matching or Post-Purchase Adjustments
We do not offer price matching or refunds for price changes, promotions, or discounts introduced after an Order has been completed.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling
5.1 General Shipping Terms
Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics and fulfillment network to ensure reliable and timely international delivery.
We offer shipping services for Products purchased through the Website. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times vary based on destination, selected service, and Product availability, and are displayed at checkout.
5.2 Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations as made available on the Website. We reserve the right to modify available shipping destinations where required by logistical, regulatory, or operational considerations.
5.3 Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.4 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.5 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays occurring after an Order has been handed over to the carrier.
5.6 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an Order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information.
5.7 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in Section 6.
5.8 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international Orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by local authorities. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or charges arising from customs clearance processes.
5.9 Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information may be subject to additional shipping fees or handling costs.
5.10 Lost Shipments
If an Order is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier where applicable. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation process.
5.11 Damaged Products
If your Order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide reasonable documentation of the damage. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Section 6.
5.12 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts by the carrier, the Order may be returned. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment.
5.13 Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders refused at delivery or deemed undeliverable due to User actions may be returned and handled in accordance with Section 6. Applicable shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund.
5.14 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the User upon physical delivery of the Product to the User or the User’s designated recipient, except where applicable law permits transfer of risk at an earlier stage.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
5.15 Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 General Policy
We offer returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with the terms set forth below. This policy applies only to Products purchased directly through the Website and is subject to eligibility requirements.
6.2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• A return request must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days of delivery, unless a longer mandatory return period applies under applicable consumer protection law;
• The Product must be returned in its original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection consistent with consumer rights;
• All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included;
• The Product must not be designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Unglaz may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, except where refusal is prohibited by applicable law.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:
• Custom-made or personalized Products;
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons;
• Gift cards or vouchers;
• Products marked as final sale;
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling;
• Bundled Products, unless returned in full.
6.4 Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us at returns@unglaz.com and obtain return authorization instructions. Returned Products must be shipped in accordance with the provided instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.
6.5 Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective Product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6.6 Inspection and Refund Approval
All returned Products are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, excluding original shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to deduct handling or restocking fees where permitted and communicated in advance.
6.7 Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved at our discretion and are subject to Product availability. If an exchange is not available, an eligible refund may be issued instead. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6.8 Order Cancellations by You
Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the Order has been shipped. Once an Order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined in this Section.
6.9 Order Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of Product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued.
6.10 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide reasonable documentation. Upon verification, we will provide return instructions and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.11 Refund Timing
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
6.12 Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve return or refund issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future service.
6.13 Store Credit
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit instead of the original payment method, where permitted by law and communicated to you in advance.
6.14 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to process returns, refunds, or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or system outages.
6.15 Legal Compliance
Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under applicable laws. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, this policy shall be interpreted in compliance with such laws.
7. Warranty Policy (365 Days)
7.1 General Warranty Coverage
Unglaz provides a limited 365-day warranty (“Warranty”) on all eligible Products purchased directly through the Website. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal and intended use.
This Warranty is subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this section.
7.2 Scope of the Warranty
This Warranty applies solely to:
• Products purchased directly from the Unglaz Website;
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use within the 365-day Warranty period;
• The original purchaser of the Product.
7.2.1 No Warranty Extension
Any repair, replacement, or remedy provided under this Warranty does not restart, extend, or renew the original 365-day Warranty period.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, tarnishing, fading, or discoloration;
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling;
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, moisture, extreme temperatures, or improper storage;
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications of any kind;
• Products lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, including during third-party handling or shipping;
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care or usage instructions provided by Unglaz.
7.4 Warranty Period
The Warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Warranty claims submitted after the expiration of this period will not be accepted.
7.5 Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, you must:
• Contact Unglaz Customer Support at support@unglaz.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue;
• Provide clear photographic or other reasonable evidence of the alleged defect;
• Retain proof of purchase.
Unglaz reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to evaluate the claim.
7.6 Warranty Claim Review and Resolution
All Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Unglaz. If a claim is approved:
• You may be instructed to return the Product for inspection;
• Unglaz will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product, replace it, or issue a refund.
Any refunds issued under this Warranty will be processed in accordance with Section 6 (Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations).
7.7 Repair or Replacement Terms
Any repair or replacement provided under this Warranty:
• Will be performed using original or functionally equivalent materials;
• Does not extend or renew the original 365-day Warranty period.
7.8 Costs Associated with Warranty Claims
For approved Warranty claims within the United States, Unglaz will cover return shipping costs.
For international claims, the User may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
If a Warranty claim is denied, the User is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping.
7.9 Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any unauthorized repair, alteration, resizing, or modification performed by a third party will immediately void this Warranty.
7.10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Unglaz’s liability under this Warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product;
• Unglaz shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, loss of profits, third-party repair costs, or emotional distress.
7.11 Products Ineligible for Warranty
Products not purchased directly from the Unglaz Website, including those purchased from resellers or third-party platforms, are not eligible for Warranty coverage.
7.12 Care and Maintenance Requirements
To maintain eligibility for Warranty coverage, Users must:
• Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by Unglaz;
• Avoid exposure to chemicals, water, excessive force, or harsh environments;
• Store Products in a clean, dry, and appropriate environment.
Failure to comply with these requirements may void the Warranty.
7.13 Warranty for Gifted Products
Products received as gifts are eligible for Warranty coverage, provided valid proof of original purchase is supplied. Warranty claims may be initiated by either the gift recipient or the original purchaser.
7.14 Force Majeure
Unglaz shall not be liable for delays or inability to process Warranty claims resulting from Force Majeure events, including events beyond its reasonable control.
7.15 Warranty Interpretation
Unglaz reserves the exclusive right to interpret and apply the terms of this Warranty. Any ambiguity or dispute regarding Warranty coverage shall be resolved in accordance with Unglaz’s reasonable interpretation.
8. Product Information and Errors
8.1 Accuracy of Product Information
Unglaz makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and related information displayed on the Website are accurate and current. However, Unglaz does not guarantee that such information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products may vary slightly in color, finish, size, weight, or appearance due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing processes.
8.2 Typographical, Pricing, and Listing Errors
From time to time, errors may occur relating to Product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, or other information. Unglaz reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to correct such errors.
If an Order is placed based on incorrect information, Unglaz may, at its discretion:
• Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information; or
• Cancel the Order and issue a full refund.
Unglaz is under no obligation to honor Orders placed based on incorrect or erroneous information.
8.3 Product Variations
Due to the nature of jewelry production, including handcrafted or semi-handcrafted processes, minor variations in design, stone placement, finish, texture, or dimensions may occur. Such variations are inherent to the Products and do not constitute defects.
Natural gemstones, moissanite, and other stones may display unique characteristics, including natural inclusions or color variations, which are not considered flaws.
8.4 Product Availability
All Products displayed on the Website are offered subject to availability. Unglaz does not guarantee that any Product will be available at the time an Order is placed.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been submitted, Unglaz will notify you and, at its discretion, offer either:
• A replacement Product of comparable value; or
• A full refund for the unavailable Product.
8.5 Limited Editions and Exclusive Products
Certain Products may be designated as limited edition or exclusive. Such Products are offered in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
Unglaz reserves the right to discontinue or remove limited edition Product listings at any time without notice.
8.6 Product Modifications
Unglaz reserves the right to make minor modifications to Product designs, materials, components, or specifications in order to improve quality, availability, or manufacturing efficiency. Such modifications shall not materially alter the overall appearance, functionality, or value of the Product.
8.7 Product Packaging
Product packaging, presentation, or included materials may vary from images displayed on the Website. Variations in packaging do not constitute Product defects or inaccuracies.
8.8 User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all Product information, including descriptions, dimensions, care instructions, and applicable disclosures, prior to placing an Order. If you require clarification, you must contact Unglaz before completing your purchase.
8.9 Third-Party Content
Certain Product content, images, or descriptions may be provided by third parties. Unglaz does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party content and is not responsible for errors or omissions originating from such sources.
8.10 Promotional and Discount Errors
In the event of errors relating to promotions, discounts, or special offers, Unglaz reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust pricing accordingly.
If an Order has already been placed, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the Order.
8.11 Intellectual Property and Misuse
Product descriptions, images, designs, and specifications are the intellectual property of Unglaz or its licensors. You may not reproduce, use, distribute, or exploit such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8.12 Product Care and Usage
Unglaz provides recommended care and usage instructions for its Products. Failure to follow such instructions may result in damage and may void eligibility for returns, refunds, or Warranty claims.
8.13 Customized and Personalized Products
Customized or personalized Products are produced based on User-provided specifications. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of such information.
Customized Products may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as required by applicable law.
8.14 Product Use Disclaimer
Unglaz Products are intended for use as jewelry only. Unglaz is not responsible for damage, injury, or allergic reactions resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
Products described as hypoallergenic are designed to reduce the likelihood of allergic reactions but do not guarantee the absence of such reactions.
8.15 Reservation of Rights
Unglaz reserves the right to remove, modify, or update Product listings, descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time, and to interpret and enforce this section in a commercially reasonable manner.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 General Responsibilities
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to:
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing Orders, creating an account, or contacting Unglaz;
• Use the Website and Products only for their intended and lawful purposes;
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account or misuse of the Website.
9.2 Account Security and Maintenance
If you create an account on the Website:
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• You must notify Unglaz immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach;
• You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date;
• You may not create or use accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
Unglaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9.3 Accuracy of Information and Payment Authorization
