For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product. This 14-day statutory period runs concurrently with the standard 30-day return window and does not replace it. For details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy (Sections 2.2 and 2.3).

For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the 30-day return window described above runs concurrently with the 14-day statutory withdrawal/cancellation period and does not replace your statutory rights. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the 30-day return window, you may choose to process the issue as either a standard return under our Returns and Exchanges Policy or as a warranty claim under our Warranty Policy.


Warranty claims are handled in accordance with Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions and our Warranty Policy (365 days).
